Clarksville is also the home of the Cumberland River Walk which is set alongside the banks of the Cumberland River. This urban walk has been redesigned over the years and has now passed its first phase facelift offering a park setting for a weekend stroll. Visitors walk along a stretch of the Cumberland River to a bridge leading to what will be a further extension of the walk. Fishing, hiking, jet skiing, and other water recreation can be enjoyed here.
